Upon contract, the first part of the discovery phase is understanding your goals, aspirations, researching competitors and finding inspiration. The next part is defining the project specifications, includes technology stack, sitemap and content, user personas, functional requirements and low level sketches to give an idea of how it will function.

Based on the findings from the previous stage and applying existing branding, design screens will be built from scratch or adapted from templates. It's important to get the right information hieraachy, typography, layout and quality images.

Setup supporting cloud infrastructure and development environment then build the front-end usually using component design following UI/UX best practices and writing all back-end end points. The build outputs are continually pushed to the test environment to maintain quality assurance until ready for production release.
